Sarah Gholami and Christian Hill, are the Broker and owners of The Florida Property Shop. Together they have over 20 years of personal and professional experience assisting buyers and sellers locally and internationally. Both Sarah and Christian are originally from the UK.

Sarah started the business over 15 years ago, a boutique brokerage situated in the heart of Clermont offering quality service to buyers and sellers and property management.

Christian’s background is in construction, home remodeling, real estate and working with investors to build their portfolio both in residential and commercial properties.

Together they have created a brokerage that now also offers a unique open house experience with their Airstream style custom trailer offering potential buyers’ champagne and treats. They also have a Regal LS4 boat for taking clients out on the lake to offer the whole experience of what living on the lake is all about.
